What is residential poop scooping?
Residential poop scooping is regular dog waste pickup at your home. We come out on a set schedule, walk your whole yard, pick up every pile we find and bag it up, so your grass, your kids and your shoes stay clean. Seaside is a local, family-owned business in New London, and Shawn, the owner, runs the routes himself.
Which schedule fits your yard?
- Weekly: our most popular option and what most of our customers choose. New weekly customers get 50% off the initial cleanup, and weekly includes a free deodorizing treatment once a month.
- Twice a week: for homes with several dogs or a yard that gets heavy use, like kids playing outside every day.
- Every other week: for a single dog or a yard that doesn't see much traffic.
- One-time cleanup: a single visit for a yard that has built up, after a long winter, before a party, or when you're moving in or out.
What happens on a visit?
- 1You get a text when we're on the way. You don't need to be home.
- 2We let ourselves into the yard and walk the whole thing, picking up every pile we find.
- 3We bag the waste up.
- 4We close the gate behind us, and if it locks, we send you a photo of it locked.
- 5You get a text that we're done.
Why are one-time cleanups full price?
A yard that has gone a while takes a lot of work, especially in Connecticut after the snow melts and during the spring cleanup season. One-time cleanups are priced for that work. If you'd like the yard to stay clean after that, a weekly schedule starts with the initial cleanup at half price.
Who does this help most?
- Homes with two or three dogs, where the yard fills up fast
- Families with kids who play in the yard every day
- Anyone catching up after winter, when the snow melts
- Busy households that would rather not spend the weekend with a bag and a shovel
“Here is a valuable business we didn't know we needed!!!”
